The Parish of Saint Peter and Saint Paul Fareham, Hampshire
ST PETER AND ST PAUL, FAREHAM - USE OF CHURCHES AND HALL
Please read these conditions carefully before completing an application.
The church wishes to make itself available to the community but it must be appreciated that there are costs which have to be met. Church premises are not available for commercial letting and the church does not seek to make a profit, but neither does it expect to subsidise the use of the amenities by non-church organisations.Details of the expected contributions to the costs can be obtained from the Parish Administrator in the Parish Office. For the use of the entire hall this is normally £25 per hour for one-off use.
Please note particularly that the space for car parking in the churchyard is very limited and is reserved for use by those with specific permission. It is essential that the User makes this known to their organisation and to the general public if invited.Adequate external access for fire and ambulance services and/or escape routes in the event of an emergency are essential.
